All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Exceptions (7-day window), We will make exceptions if reported within 7 days of delivery for the following: - Items damaged during shipping (include photos of product + packaging) - Incorrect item sent (include order number + photo) - Manufacturing defect (include photo proof) For approved exceptions, we will offer replacement, exchange, or store credit. Refunds are not issued for change of mind. How to Request an Exception: Email support@bluntbusters.com within 7 days of delivery. Include: - Order number - Description of the issue - Photos of product/packaging - Preferred solution (replacement, exchange, or store credit) We respond within 48 hours. Shipping & Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, contact us immediately. If the carrier confirms a lost package, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit. Legal Compliance: This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
